Katharina Miller holds a degree in business administration (2004) and in law (2006) from the University of Greifswald (Germany), she obtained a Master degree in European Law at the Universities of Luxembourg and Strasbourg (2007), she studied Leadership and Women at the Spanish Business School Aliter in Madrid (2015) and obtained the certificate “Strategic Skills for Women on Corporate Boards” at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (2016).

She is a Corporate and Human Rights Lawyer with more than 15 years of professional experience that she has been gaining at the Court of Justice of the European Union and in different law firms within the European Union.

Katharina is founding partner of the law boutique 3C Compliance and of the shareholder activist initiative “Paridad en Acción”. She is member of Panel of Responsible Business of TELEFONICA, President of Board of Directors of the investment fund KOKORO and independent director of PANDA GMBH.

She is Council member of the European Law Institute with domicile in Vienna and President of the European Women Lawyers Association with registered domicile in Brussels.

She is currently working with a number of governments, think tanks and industry pioneer’s/thought leaders across the globe, building key strategic partnerships supporting the W20/G20 priorities such as Labor Market Inclusion, Financial Inclusion, Digital Inclusion, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPS).
